Hit & run case: CISF Jawan critically injured 12/27/2014 10:43:40 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Dec 27: In a case of negligent driving, one Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel today got seriously injured in a hit and run case outside Helipad Kishtwar. The injured has been identified namely as Bal Krishan of 7th BN, who was hit by a speedy vehicle outside Helipad Kishtwar. As the details available with "Early Times," a Santro car bearing regd no JK17-3140 hit the CISF personnel at around 11 AM resulted critical injuries to the victim. "After hitting the CISF personal, the driver of the vehicle abandoned his vehicle and escaped from the spot, sources said. "As soon as the accident took place, the army personals posted at Helipad Kishtwar rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to District Hospital Kishtwar where he is presently undergoing treatment and is stated to be stable.
