Ramakrishna Mission's report -2013, 2014 released 12/27/2014 11:59:49 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 27: The 105 annual general meeting of of Ramakrishana Mission was held at Belur Math in which the mission's achievements were highlighted. It was stated that the Samaj Sevak Shikshana Mandir was adjudged the third best Rural Self Employment Training Institute in India under category-11. In Education field, the mission has credited of vocational training centre run by Viveknagar was upgraded to Industrial Training Institute. The mission also started a computer training institute at Odisha. I n medical field, the mission opens Cardiac OT complex with 5 bed intensive therapy unit in Lucknow hospital, besides opening of advanced Phaco Emulsigication unit, Coblator 11 surgery system-ENT. The Mission also opens Haemodialysis Machine, UGI Video Endoscopy, Phototherapy in Itanagar Hospital. In rural development field, the missions opens new projects including construction of 181 percolation tanks under IWMP, created 120 units of contour trenching. Besides this, some new dispensary buildings at Cooch Behar and five storey building with an operation theatre at Mayavati,Uttrakhand hospital. Outside India, the Mission opens Sarada Kindergarten of Singapore.
