| JKTF Kathua unit holds meeting, elects new office bearers team | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Jan 11: A meeting of the Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum was held at Kathua under the chairmanship of Ganesh Khajuria, State General Secretary of the forum in which more than 500 teachers of all the zones of Kathua district participated.
In the general house, the district committee for the Kathua was elected unanimously in which Subhash Sharma was appointed as President, District Kathua, Parveen Singh as Gen Secretary, Amarnath Thakur- Sr Vice President and Yuv Raj Singh Pathania, Prov Secretary.
In the meeting, General Khajuria honoured the outgoing District President S. Puran Singh and appreciated his services rendered for the welfare of the teaching community. He called upon all the teachers of district Kathua to get united and extend support to the Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum to get all the problems solved.
He also directed the newly elected office bearers to work with zeal and dedication for the betterment and welfare of the teaching fraternity. |
