Udhampur, Jan 11: Army units across the Northern Command are celebrating Army Day which is observed on the 15th of January every year.
The Army Day is being celebrated across Northern Command with a theme, "Indian Army : Friend of the Awam - In War & Peace".
On this day a large number of functions will also be organised for the servicemen, veterans and the AWAM. The Army Day functions have always generated keen interest in the AWAM and been marked by active participation from all, especially the students and youth of the State. |
