Vijaypur, Jan 11: Road Safety Week camp has been organized by the Motor Vehicle Department, Samba at Vijaypur, on Sunday.
According to press release, the camp was organized regarding to provide the awareness to the public as well as drivers of the area. The chief guest DSP Shamsher Singh Sambyal, SDPO, Vijaypur has inaugurated the awareness function. ARTO Samba Pawan Sharma, SDPO Traffic Police and Inspector Madan Lal, MVD were also present in the occasion.
The Doctors and paramedical staff who were present in camp have checked the eye sight, B.P. of drivers and helpers of the vehicles who have participated in the camp. The DSP gave tips to the drivers and the drivers should keep control and remain steady while driving.
He said that many accidents have been occurred due to the negligence and carelessness driving.
He said that life is very precious and we should follow the traffic rules for the prevention of forthcoming incidents. ARTO, Samba told to the driver community that they should avoid mobile phone while driving and also request to the public in general to avoid driving without licence. |
