KPC to observe January 19 as 'black day'

jammu, Jan 11: Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) to observe January 19 as black day. According to press release, the president KPC Kundan Kashmiri said that his organizational activists, supporters and sympathizers are going to observe holocaust day on January 19, 2015 as 'black day' by wearing black badges,black head-gears and switching off lights of their residences as a mark of protest against atrocities inflicted up on KP community and would also commemorate the seventh exodus of our community from kashmir valley.
He further stated that every year January 19, is observed as holocaust day with great solemnity through out the world to commemorate the seventh exodus of KP community from the Kashmir valley. KPC Chief appealed whole community that on this day, let us renew the pledge of the community to correct the misdoings towards the community by tormentors as well as so-called saviors, to appraise the nation about dangers posed to its unity and integrity and expose the secular fabric of so-called secularists, separatists and jihadi extremists. "Let us condemn the continuous act of terrorism and the plight of suffering hindus at the hands of separatists and terrorist organizations", he said, addding, "let us all make pledge to continue protesting and demonstrating our anguish till we are heard properly and justice delivered. Let us continue our struggle and not get yield till we achieve our goal of separate 'kashyap bhoomi' for seven lakh Kashmiri Pandits."
He further said that in order to demonstrate our pent- up emotions and anguish, let us wear black badges, black head gears and switch off lights of our residences and business establishments from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm on january 19,2015 as a mark of protest to mobilize the public opinion against the anti-national forces who are responsible for our deaths and destruction as well as against our political masters who failed to protect the nationalist forces and minorities in the valley.
