Jammu, Mar 6: A joint meeting of Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and Soan Kashmir Front (SKF) J&K was held here today under the Chairmanship of Shadi Lal Pandita, President, JTC / SKF J&K. The meeting was attended by the office bearers and members. During the course of meeting the participants have expressed their concern over advertising Class IV Posts wherein 10 posts have been reserved for RBA Category. To this the participants have said that on the one hand the Government has put ban on issuance of RBA Certificates to the Migrant Educated Youth hailing from Reserved Backward areas of the Kashmir valley and on the other hand posts have been advertised vide notification No.01 of 2018 dated 21-02-2018 for filling of Class IV Posts wherein 10 posts have been Reserved for RBA Category. Pandita while speaking to the participants has demanded that the Government / Relief Organisation should ensure issuance of RBA Certificates to Migrant Youth hailing from Reserved Backward areas of Kashmir valley enabling them to apply for Reserved posts to avail opportunity of employment. Further demand for advertising atleast 500 posts for Class IV to absorb those incumbents who could not continue their higher studies due to poverty. In case the Government fails to fulfill the demand the masses shall be forced to come on roads for agitation.
