Deputation of AIBCU meets Mehbooba Mufti at Poonch 3/6/2018 11:24:04 PM Poonch, Mar 6: A deputation of AIBCU of District Poonch met with C.M. Mehbooba Mufti under the directions of State Gen. Secretary Prof. Kali Dass. Kabir Qureshi lead the deputation and apprised the Chief Minister for the sufferings of the state other Social Castes (OSCs). The main points of the agenda were to enhance the creamy layer for Rs.4.5 lacs to Rs.8 lacs and also resented against Asia Naquash MOS of Social Welfare Deptt. who for no reasons returned the Income Slab file for many times and delayed the enhancement of deliberately for no reasons inspite of directions by your goodself in the Budgam OSC deputation on 08.10.2017 and on 15.01.2018 in Civil Sectt. Directions. Emphasis was laid on the OBC survey which has never been done in the State inspite of Govt. orders in 2014 as well as in 2016. This OBC survey costs nothing of the Govt. but ignoring this subject reflects the deep rooted conspiracy of the respected Govt.s and the present Govt. is also following the same foot prints which are also not good for the present dispensation. Till the survey, an interm relief of about 10% reservation is the urgent need for OSCs and Govt. must do it at the earliest as 2% reservation is nothing but to befool the OSCs people who are more than 50% of the State population. Granting 3% reservation to Paharis on the Pahari Language and 6% on the name of socially and economically to upper caste is totally unconstitutional under the misuse of Article 370 which is creating a havoc in the state.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
