| Prof Bhim Singh urges PM for CBI probe into Kathua rape case | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 14: Senior advocate of Supreme Court and Panthers Party patron Prof. Bhim Singh has urged Prime Minister Narender Modi to refer J&K girl's rape and murder case to the CBI for through investigation.
Prof. Bhim Singh said that in such a situation the Govt. of India can hold a suo-moto inquiry into the most tragic incident where a girl remained missing for seven days after her disappearance in the forest.
Prof. Bhim Singh said that the Chief Justice of India who made some remarks into this tragic murder in the Supreme Court may also be urged to direct the Govt. of India to appoint an independent inquiry of senior/distinguished officers from the Central Crime Branch like CBI. Prof. Bhim Singh said that there are several questions which need to be investigated by the inquiry committee.
Prof. Bhim Singh said that there are many such questions which need to be investigated so that the truth comes out about the real actors/planners of this tragic act. Prof. Bhim Singh also appealed to the members of the civil society as well as the lawyers fraternity to work jointly to expose those who have tried to plant this bomb shell on the peace-loving land of Jammu and for what purpose. |
