ESRM play asks people not to lose hope, carry on fight

JAMMU, Apr 30: Ek Sath Rang Mandal today presented its 297th Monday theatre with new awareness Nukad "Khel Khatum Nahe Huwa" (The Game Is Not Over) at Gole Market Park, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
The basic message of the play was the hurdles and failures are part of life and a person will face many difficulties on way to success. One will define it failure and will decide that game is over. Actually game is not over, but your failure is a checking instrument for your patience mistakes and self-confidence, the message read.
Assessing your drawbacks you need to recharge and regain your confidence and overcome your mistakes so that you will start aggressive for success.
In the play Ashok has prepared himself to join army but could not make it due to certain deficiencies, after failure he lost his patience and developed depression. His sisters brothers and friends perused him to change his nature and try it again. But Ashok has decided that he will not try again and will go for some other job. Ashok argues with his friends and stops them to convince him. Finally his friends approach a retired army person of the locality for help so that he will convince Ashok.
This ex-army man asks Ashok that how can he lose heart by one's failure and decide not to try again he says one must accept failure so that he can come to know his mistakes and drawbacks. It means that you have no tolerance and patience to face your failure you must change your rigid attitude and decide remedies for reasons of your failure. The ex-army man asks Ashok how you expect to a disciplined Army Man without patience, You should note down your weak points and amend them, you cannot decide this that game is over which a simple myth of your mind.
He asks Ashok can you tell me any example that in a game after losing from other team they decide that they will not play the game again to win, No not all they analyze their mistakes and start practice for win. Failure is neither shame nor metre of your capablity, This is a universal truth that many capable people have failed in their life which made them more stronger and successful Finally Ashok is convinced and is more self-confident for further test for the selection in the army. People who witnessed this NUKAD appreciated the efforts of ESRM. Actors who took part were Ashok Sharma, Raju Mad, Shahid Shelley Manhas, Kavita Vidhi Manhas and Vijay Malla.
