AIBCU hails enhancement of creamy layer
10/24/2018 11:13:18 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Oct 24: AIBCU hails Governor Satya Pal Malik and Advisor Khurshid Ahmed Ganai, for the clearing the case of enhancement of creamy layer from Rs 4.5 lakh to Rs 8 lakh.
Addressing a press conference here today AIBCU said that the respective State Govt. NC-Congress and PDP-BJP did nothing but blocked every door for the State OSCs who have been deprived from their due Constitutional rights as per Apex Court's Judgment of 1992 on Mandal Report in J&K State which is considered as an integral part of the country on papers only but in practices the poor people of State are kept deprived from their living rights on the pretext of Art 370 which otherwise provide more rights.
In J&K state neither the State Constitution in reference to Art 50 (6) is implemented in the State nor the Desh Constitution (Indian Constitution) is implemented in view of non-implementation of Mandal report. The State is being run with muscle force ruling; snubbing the poor people in the so called democratic state violating all living norms in the state.
AIBCU also appealed His Excellency & his Advisor Khurshid Ahmed Ganai to take up the other matter which were put simultaneously on 19th of July 2018 at Srinagar.
AIBCU appealed the State Other Social Castes to remain vigilant from the Pol. Parties as No Pol. Party supported the OSC cause and whatsoever has been achieved is the achievement of the OSC own efforts.
AIBCU also condemned the passages of the two bills in the March-April 2016 Assembly Session by the BJP supported Govt. which granted 3% reservation by Pahari and 6% to un-reserved categories who are already availing 80% of Sub-Reservation. Former vice-chairperson Rashpal Verma could not stop the passage of these bills but hailing the OSCs over creamy layer enhanced in which he played no rule but befooling the OSCs undue for BJP support.
Press Conference was held under the leadership of Jenab Abdul Majid Malik and other who shared their views were Hm Sandokh Chand, Sardar Gurmeet Singh, Principal Darshan Lal Mehra, Principal Darshan Bhagat, Sardar Rajinder Singh, Brij Mehra, Master Sain Dass, Principal Anchal Singh, HM Sat Pal, M.R. Bangotra (Retd CEO) and General Secretary.
