| DPS Nagbani holds Speed Ball Competition | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 24: An Inter-House Speed Ball Competition was held in DPS Nagbani and Students from V to IX took part in the competition. Speed Ball is a fast paced sport that combines many aspects of other sports and have an excellent hand and eye coordination.
Sports have always been a very spirited form of activity which has motivated many to come forth and enjoy the game. With this spirit, our young players enthusiastically participated in the competition. It was an enriching experience which gave our students higher objective to achieve and aim for the sky.
The winning team performed extremely well. It was a treat to witness them give a tough fight to the last. Truly it could be stated that who is determined will leave no stone unturned.
The Principal of the school R.K. Verma awarded the Trophy to the winning team and said that involvement of students in such type of sports will ensure their lifelong physical fitness and helping them to become good citizens of the nation in future. |
