PHE EUF to hold decisive agitation on Mar 13 3/9/2019 9:16:46 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 9: Members of working committee PHE Employees United Front held a meeting today discussing pending issues of PHE casual, field staff operational anti attitude of government employees. The meeting was chaired by Ajay Sharma a senior leader of the front, Raj Jyoti Prakas, Ram Lohaya, Ravi Kumar, Rakesh Kumar and other members. All the members of the PHE employees United Front decided unanimously to launch "decisive agitation" on March 13, 2019 at 10.00 am by holding one day protest demonstration against the delaying tactics of PHE Administrative Department as well as the Finance department which have been adopted regarding regularization of services of casual and others workers. It is recalled that employees have been demanding to speed up the regulation process of the workers as per SRO 520 all pending wages of workers be released in one go, relaxation in standing rules and conations which have been laid down in various perform of the Government creation of 20 posts of transport foreman for drivers and cleaners staff stop recoveries of the employed those who have been given promotions at the level of Chief Engineer PHE Department Jammu and other departments. Ajay Sharma said that we have tried our best to resolve the pending demands of the workers through negotiations but the higher PHE authority and the state government has not responded. Therefore, we have decided to start the agitation in support of the demands of the workers those who have been rendering their duties round the clock in the department.
