Security grid to be upgraded in Kashmir in view of Jaish plan
3/11/2019 11:40:56 PM
The union Home Ministry has
urged all security forces to be on the highest alert as the Jaish-e-Mohammad is planning a Pulwama-type suicide attack. When the Jaish attacked a CRPF convoy in the incident 40 personnel were killed. In a written security advisory,, sent by the Director, Security, MHA, to the top security brass in Kashmir it has said that "it is reported that the JeM outfit members active in Pulwama district are preparing for another fidayeen/spectacular attack in next three days. Although the said terrorist attack was scheduled to be launched after two weeks, the group has decided to pre-pone it, owing to the developments happening on the Indo-Pak front and anti-militancy operations against the JeM,.
On February 14, a JeM suicide bomber, Adil Ahmad Dar,had rammed his explosive-laden car into a CRPF convoy on the Pulwama highway, martyring 40 personnel. Officials in the Valley have been asked to be on alert as the JeM is planning another attack. In view of the above, the peripheral security of vital installations and forces guarding the installations be kept on alert to thwart any such attack."The oil companies in the state have also been advised to keep on alert the forces guarding the vital installations. Since the February 14 attack on the CRPF convoy the JeM has come under fire and despite suggestions from all super powers to Islamabad to initiate action against the JeM Pakistan has ignored the suggestion. And if JeM carries out another Pulwama type incident it may earn displeasure from even China, the most trusted friend of Pakistan. Already the UN, the US, France, Germany are up in arms telling Pakistan to initiate action against the terrorists. But JeM supremo Masood Azhar seem to be Pakistan's darling child enjoying freedom of movement, speech and freedom for planning anti-India steps that too for killing the Kashmiris. Jaish leaders do not know what sort of problems Kashmiri students face in their universities, colleges and other centres in rest of India. And all the time he Government of India and the Governor, S.P.Malik, have appealed to state Governments outside the Kashmir valley to void beating Kashmiri students and stop their harassment. Once the Jaish leaders under the problems being faced by the Kashmiris outside India they may stop planning Pulwama type attack. Even the Army officers have appealed to mothers of those boys, who have joined militancy, to return home and join the mansitreal political parties.
