Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 28: Early Times filing exclusive stories about the alleged involvement of incumbent Jammu and Kashmir Police chief Dilbag Singh in various corruption scandals on Thursday led to J&K police becoming "hyperactive."
Newspaper copies were lifted from the market by the policemen in civvies this morning and distributors were not allowed to send the newspaper copies to different places.
It's in place to mention here that Early Times had carried detailed stories about DGP Singh's involvement in Anantnag recruitment scam, his transport business and his alleged involvement in land grab cases.
Soon after the stories appeared on Early Times website in the night, policemen were directed not to allow the distribution of your newspaper.
DGP Singh, according to insiders, has allegedly asked his officers to start "harassing" the management of Early Times and its Editor.
