Make maximum use of social media to highlight achievements of Modi Govt: BJP

Jammu, Apr 8: BJP J&K Prabhari IT and Social Media Khemchand Sharma visited State on his 2 days tour in view of upcoming Lok Sabha election to overview the strategy and planning of IT and Social Media Department to reach masses at their door steps.
During his tour, he convened several meetings in Jammu-Poonch and Udhampur-Kathua-Doda Parliamentary Constituencies and stressed upon highlighting achievements of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi's Government in the time span of last 5 years.
During his interaction programmes with IT & Social Media teams, Khemchand said that Social Media is playing a very significant role in turning the mood of masses towards BJP as saffron party has done a lot for downtrodden and poor populace of India. He further said that IT and Social Media is a great medium to showcase every single policy and scheme launched for the benefit of common people. He urged upon adopting new innovation to make it stronger and tempted with each passing day.
"As you all know, General Elections are underway and it ought to be the duty of every party karyakarta to uphold the ethos of party and we need to spread the powerful messages of BJP leadership among common people as early as possible by this powerful tool of technology. I emphasize upon workers of State Social Media to work day and night to ensure BJP's unprecedented victory in polls to bring PM Narendra Modi in power once again", he added.
Yesterday, a meeting was held at Pt. Prem Nath Dogra Bhawan, Kachi Chawani and it was addressed by Khemchand Sharma, Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Chander Mohan Gupta, BJP State incharge IT & Social Media Jaidev Rajwal and others. While addressing the meeting, Khemchand stated that party workers need to leave no stone unturned to cement the party at grass root level adding, they must publicize various schemes of Government and bring awareness about major initiatives taken by Government of India among people.
Mayor called to reach people, listen to their grievances and assure them of their quick disposal. He further said that BJP is the only party that has provided healing touch to poor and it is committed to carry on this legacy forward. He also counted the accomplishments of PM Narendra Modi Government in the State and Country.
Others who attended the meeting were BJP State Co-incharge IT and Social Media and Prabhari Udhampur-Kathua-Doda Lok Sabha Constituency Anoop Kotwal, State Office Secretary MK Razdan, Jammu-Poonch Parliamentary Constituency Social Media co-incharge Yudhvir Singh, Incharge Jammu West Sahil Koul, Incharge Gandhi Nagar Pradeep Singh Chib, Vistarak Naresh Sharma, Vistarak Pankaj Sharma, Sumit Kumar, Arun Gupta, Bishamber Dev, Chanda Sharma and others.
