| Contractor refutes harassment allegation levelled by woman | | |

Jammu, Nov 2: Contractor Gulam Nabi of Udhmapur refuted the allegations of harassment levelled against him by a though media.
In a counter statement to lady's allegations, Gulam Nabi said, "The lady (Nasreen Akhter) purchased land measuring 3 marlas and agreed that payment of Rs. 2 lac shall be paid after settlement of loan. She issued cheque no. 001484 dated 26/07/15 endorsed by sub registrar at the time of sale deed."
"A suit filed against her and her husband decreed in favour of Gulam Nabi on 31/05/18 and execution is pending, she and her husband have been directed to deposit the amount in the court", he claimed.
He alleged, "The lady caused harassment to the whole of family by filing false applications by misusing the police powers and courts and the then SHO conducted the enquiry under section 202 Cr.p.c in which the allegations levelled by her found misconceived and false." "Due to her false complaints I got heart attack and my whole of the family suffered", he added.
Meanwhile Early Times news paper apologise from by family for publishing the statement of said lady without taking version of other party i.e. Gulam Nabi.
