Jammu, Apr 6: It is pertinent to mention here that due COVID-19 Corona virus global pandemic & lockdown in India like other organizations, Saksham Jammu Kashmir Prant also initiated a help line to help the public 24x7 by helpline of Doctors associated with Saksham Jammu Kashmir Prant the National organization working for the welfare of physically challenged (Divyangs).The results of this helpline very encouraging, impressive and result oriented, the above said helpline was started on 29th of March, 2020 and till date more than 4000 calls have been attended by Doctors of Jammu as well as Kashmir and free consultations have been imparted to the patients who were unable to get consultations from their Doctors due to lockdown. Moreover Saksham Jammu Kashmir prant team and Zila Teams of Saksham Jammu Kashmir Prant are trying their level best to provide relief/help to the needy. Saksham Jammu Kashmir also helped the Divyangs/Physically challenged poor labour class by providing them pkts of eatables and medicines in Jammu & Kashmir. Saksham Jammu Kashmir Prant team with their close coordination with Zila (Distt) teams are trying to reach out to the needy in this crucial time of crisis Saksham Jammu Kashmir Prant is also trying to educate the public about COVID-19 Corona virus and advising people to stay home in lockdown as advised by Hon'ble PM of India Narinder Modi Ji.
