Jammu, Apr 12: Adv.Suresh Kumar Dogra Chairman OBC Deptt. Pradesh Congress Committie J&K along with other Leaders of the Department greets the peoples of India especially the Resident of Jammu and Kashmir on occasion of Baisakhi Festival, Adv.Suresh Kumar Dogra said that this Baisakhi festival is the mark of the beginning of new year in the Indian calendar, has a special significance of the peoples of Northern India.Baisakhi also Marks the commencement of harvesting season,when farmer reap the fruit of thier hard work. Adv.Dogra added that that this Festival is a symbol of spirit of our traditions and customs of observing Baisakhi with communal harmony and mutual Brother adds colour to its festivity. All the Leaders prayed to Almighty that this Baisakhi Festival may bring peace,affection and Integrity in the Country and also appeal to peoples to maintain social distances and to observe law and order
