COVID-19: PEECC appreciates exemplary services of technical staff

Jammu, Apr 19: Power Employees and Engineers Coordination Committee (PEECC) appreciated the exemplary services being rendered by the technical staff right from a daily rated worker to every Engineer working on the field to ensure uninterrupted service during these tough times and working relentlessly to improve lives of people.
The PEECC wishes to appreciate Junior Engineers Er.Zaheer Ahmed, STD Kalakote, Rakesh Tripathi, ED Udhampur, Nisha Pandita, ED-III, Er.Vipul Sharma, TLMD-VIII, JKPTCL, Er.Nixon Kashyp Bhaderwahi, ED Doda, Er.Vijay Kumar ED-II,Er.Anan Sharma,STD Kathua,Er.Amit Gupta STD-I , and their staff members namelyAmresh, Sudhir, Gulzaar, Ashok Bhagat, Mudasir, Vijay, Susheel, Ashok, Joginder, Pritam, Balbir, Vicky, Laab and Harnaam among others who put in exemplary service during past few days in this atmosphere when everyone is reluctant to step out from home.
In a exemplary service, Zaheer Ahmed,Junior Engineer traced the tough fault of snapping of 33KV Poonch line feeding Poonch and restored it in minimum possible time. In another spot Nisha Pandita, Junior Engineer restored the faulty Gandharwn feeder and provided source of uninterrupted power supply to the Quarantine center established at Sanghaani in Akhnoor.
Vipul Sharma, Junior Engineer, has taken upon his own responsibility of sanitising all the Grid stations falling under JPTCL and completed job at number of Grid stations.In another applaudable service, Er. Amit Gupta Junior Engineer restored the faulty feeders of Sidhra, Tanda, Balli Gulaba tracing and rectifying the faulty sections, Another classic example of meritorious service under such conditions is being displayed by Vijay Kumar, Junior Engineer who is residing in declared RED Zones Jnipiur, but when he came to know about complete damage to the 250KV transformer Substation in Digiana, he immediately took up the task and managed all permissions to restore the power in locality by installing all the infrastructure within hours. Rakesh Tripathi of Udhampur, Nixon Kahyap Bhaderwahi Incharge Doda and Bhaderwah sections and Er.Anan Sharma STD Kathua exhibited exemplary service in their areas.
PEECC believes that Power development department staff under leadership of M.Raju Secretary to Govt.PDD, is doing wonderful job and joining hands with administration in the fight against Corona.
