SUF appeals people to follow guidelines on COVID-19

Jammu, Apr 19: A meeting of Sikh United Front J&K an amalgam of various organizations conducted a telephonic meeting and discussed the issues confronting the present situation of lock down under the Chairmanship of S. Sudershan Singh Wazir Chairman Sikh United Front J&K, S. Dayal Singh Wazir Chairman Shiromani Akali Dal J&K, S. Mohinder Singh Chief Organizer Bhai Kaniya Nishkam Sewa Society J&K and Ex Member DGPC Jammu and S. Darbinder Singh President Shiromani Akali Dal J&K and S. Kulwant Singh Khajuria Joint Secretary Shiromani Akali Dal J&K, they appealed to the people to obey and follow the advisory issued by Govt. of India to fight against corona virus a pandemic disease. In the discussion the selfless services of Doctors, Police Personal and aemployees of all essential services are appreciated and general public requested to cooperate them.
Moreover the termination orders of 181 paramedics and staff nurses condemned and sought revocation of such termination orders as it is discriminatory and against the public interest. It is unfortunate that when there is dire need of frontline corona virus warriors and the authorities are disengaging the medically trained when health department is already facing acute shortage of such staff. The L.G. J&K UT is requested to personally intervene and revoke the revoke the termination orders of paramedics and staff nurses who were engaged under SRO-24.
