JKAP expresses shock over martyrdom of five security force personnel in Kupwara

JAMMU, May 3: Condemning Pakistan sponsored militancy in Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party (JKAP) today expressed concern over the martyrdom of five soldiers including one Colonel, one Major, two army jawans and one Jammu and Kashmir Police officer in Handwara (Kupwara).
As per a press statement, the JKAP leaders have expressed their strong reaction to the martyrdom of the security force personnel and express their sympathy with the bereaved family members of the soldiers who laid down their lives for the country.
“This is a big loss in fight against militancy. We hope the Central Government will take cognizance of the matter. Investigate the matter as different versions are coming out,” said JKAP leaders.
They said that “Once again, evil design of Pakistan has been exposed when the militants backed by them has adopted violence means to disrupt peace in Kashmir valley.” Even as Pakistan is facing increasing number of covid19 cases, they said, still the neighbouring country is busying pushing their proxies in Kashmir.
“This act must be condemned and the Union Government must take serious note of the situation,” they said, adding lauded role of security forces in maintain peace in Jammu and Kashmir despite facing attempts being made to damage internal security.
