114 still under active surveillance, 224 under administrative quarantine in Kishtwar

KISHTWAR, May 6: As many as 114 people are still under active surveillance while 224 are under administrative quarantine, and the number of such persons under home quarantine is 224 in Kishtwar.
10 people who had arrived from Himachal Pradesh are under Hospital Quarantine in Kishtwar.
The official document available with Early Times reveals that 191 persons are under Quarantine in Kishtwar Medical block while 67 persons are under active surveillance, 180 persons under administrative Quarantine and 10 are persons under Hospital Quarantine as off today whose samples had been collected yesterday and sent to command hospital Udhampur for testing.
In Medical block Chatroo over all 52 persons are under Home Quarantine, 32 under surveillance and 19 persons are under administrative quarantine.
In Medical block Padder, 6 persons are under home quarantine, 12 persons are under active surveillance and 25 persons under Administrative Quarantine and in Medical block Dachhan, 5 persons are under home quarantine, 3 persons under active surveillance while no person is under administrative Quarantine in Dachhan block.
All the persons under administrative quarantine were kept at Hospital Quarantine (10), Kishtwar hotel (8), Gujjar and Bakerwal Hostel Chatroo (19), Himalayan Cultural Society Padder (2 5), Sarai Hospital (1), BVM HSS Kishtwar (23), University Campus Kishtwar (54), KV School (55) & Govt HSS Girls (39).
Speaking to Early Times, the officials in District Administration said that in next few days— out of 224 persons kept under administrative quarantine will be sent to Home Quarantine once the final report of the test samples got finalised as same will relieve the major burden from the administration and law enforcement agencies. He said that administration is ensuring 100% testing of all the labourers arriving at Kishtwar added that all those under administrative quarantine are healthy while at the same time their health parameters are regularly being monitored.
Meanwhile fresh lot of 104 labourers is arriving midnight at District Headquarter Kishtwar in three different buses after screening at Jammu.
As per the official communication, a total of 33 passengers are travelling in Bus No JK02CG 5366 while 36 passengers are on board in Bus No JK02CL 7731 and 35 passengers are getting transported in Bus No JK02CG 9831.
