Left over govt job KP migrant aspirants allege discrimination,launch protest 10/6/2020 10:21:09 PM EarlyTimes Report JAMMU, Oct 6: A left over lot of 45 government job Kashmiri Pandit migrant aspirants under Prime Minister's employment package have alleged pathetic approach of the administration of J&K UT which has miserably failed to absorb them in respective government departments despite court orders sources said here today. Under the banner of Kashmiri Migrant Unemployed Youth the left over government job Kashmiri Pandit migrant aspirants alleged that in the year 2010 a list of 45 job aspirants after duely interviewed under PM's special employment package announced by then Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh, was kept with held for reasons best known to helms men and since then we have been struggling for the absorption in respective government departments but nothing was done in this regard ,said one of the aggrieved activist Bharti Koul while talking to Early Times. Taking a dig at the lackadaisical approach of the authorities social activist Sunil Pandita who also joined the protest of agitating youth here, said that we want to know why administration of Jammu and Kashmir union territory is indifferent with these hapless youth, who deserved to be adjusted in government jobs as per the laid down norms and high court orders , however, there should not be any further delay in issuing appointment letters to them, Sunil added while urging the authorities for redressal of issue pertaining to left over unemployed KP youth. Sunil said the left over 45 govt job Kashmiri Pandit migrant youth aspirants have even moved the high court for a mandamus to the government for issuance of appointment letters pursuant to the selection by JKSSB.The matter was referred to CAT and has been now there pending for final disposal, he added.
