| Nothing has been done on ground after abrogation of Article 370, 35A | | People cast their votes for local leaders, not BJP | | Early Times Report
Poonch, Dec 22: BJP led union government has failed on all fronts in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Sources from different areas of UT have expressed their anguish and said, “Union Government has been claiming for development in Jammu and Kashmir after the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A, but nothing has done in last one and a half year”.
It is pertinent to mention that, BJP led Union Government had been saying that Article 370 and 35A of constitution of India were abused and were saying that these articles impede the way of development in Jammu and Kashmir.
Locals from many areas have accused BJP and said that nothing has been done on ground in Jammu and Kashmir for last one and a half years. They said government is only befooling the public and playing divide and rule policy which is harmful for nation. Although there are many DDC candidates of BJP looking in winning position in Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir but these votes are not cast in favour of BJP, but voters have cast their votes in favour of only those local candidates who are in winning positions, locals further informed. Mohammad Ramzan of Poonch, Lokesh Sharma of Rajouri, DDC elections contestant Khalida Choudhary, Mohammad Iqbal of Mendhar, Jaspreet Singh in Jammu and many others said that BJP has failed. |
