| Civilian called by police after uploading video of deserted health facility | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 4: A person was called to a police post by the personnel posted there after he posted a video of a hospital where no doctor was posted in the late hours despite the fact that patients visit the health facility during the night hours as well.
The person who posted the video did so after his friend went to the hospital located in a border area. The person who visited the hospital along with his wife said that there was no doctor at the hospital. The person told one of the staff that his wife has stones in gall bladder and she is having shooting pain.
The staff member came out and administered injection to the patient but there was no relief. Following this the person visited the GMC Jammu where his wife is undergoing treatment.
In the meantime, he asked his friend to upload the video which he had made at the health facility in the border area.
The friend obliged and uploaded the video of the facebook page of Director Health Services Jammu. He was asked to delete the video but he did not do so. Following this he received a call from a police post and he was asked to come for questioning regarding the uploading of the video. |
