Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 29: The union government seems to have put the separatists in a tight spot as it hasn't kept them under any detention and has virtually challenged them to do whatever they wish to. This, according to the officials is a very interesting situation to watch. Chairman of All parties Huuriyat Conference and separatist leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has no curbs on his movement at present. There are no troops stationed outside his house and there are no restrictions on his routine. As per the reports, Mirwaiz has given a written bond that he will not indulge in any activity aimed at fomenting trouble anywhere in Kashmir.
