Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 25 :While as Union Government is busy in drafting rules for newly formed two Union Territories (UTs) of Ladakh and Jammu-Kashmir, state unit of BJP is clueless about new system to be set in place in the newly carved units. Publicly state unit leaders are claiming that they are well aware of the on-going developments related to Ladakh and Jammu-Kashmir but privately they are admitting that Centre is not taking them into confidence. Credible sources said that Central leadership of BJP is very much aware majority of the state unit leaders inefficient and incompetent to deal with such a serious matter so it better to keep them away from the whole development.
