Bhartiya Yog Sansthan celebrates Sthapna Diwas

Jammu, Apr 13: Bhartiya Yog Sansthan is celebrating its 48thSthapna Diwas all over the country. Jammu and Kashmir wing of the sansthan has also decided to celebrate this important day at its different Zones. In this regard Utterbehni Zone also celebrated this important Diwas at Ram Mandir complex sector D Sainik Colony. On this occasion hundreds of Yog Premi participated and took benefit of the Yog Sadhna. Dr. G.S. Saini who was chief guest on the occasion briefed the people about the benefits of Yog in daily life.
He educated the participants how daily Yog can help a human being to get himself relaxed from day to day tense life. He said that it is only the Yog which can keep a human being free and fit. He also suggested some important Assans and Pranyams which can help a human being to keep him free from Diabetes and Hypotension, High/low Blood Pressure which in todays life has developed in majority of the people but it can be only possible if we do regular Yoga and pranayam and that too by going to regular Yoga Classes run by Bhartiya Yog Sansthan throughout the country.
On this occasion Vice President of J&K wing of the BYS Shashikant Ji Sharma was also present. He also detailed the participants about the benefits of regular Yogs and requested the public in general to get benefits of Yogas by attending regular Yog classes being run by BYS free of costs. Other dignitaries present on the occasion include Col.V.S. Jamwal, cap. Govind Singh, Sh. Jagat Ram president of the Utterbehni Zone. Pawan Kataria Kendra parmukh Sainik Colony thanks the participants and other dignitaries.
