Stink in McDonald burgers, JMC issues warning | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 13: A team of Jammu Municipal Corporation today warned McDonald outlet at Residency Road for selling stinking food to the people. The complaint was lodged by Sanjay Gupta, an employee in District Magistrate Office, Jammu. Sanjay ordered home delivery of two MC VEGGIE burgers and when he started to eat, he realized that they were stinking. Sanjay took the burgers back to the outlet, where he was told that the shelf life of the product is 10 minutes only. The reply made the Sanjay angry as it was not mentioned on the broacher on the McDonald that the product must be consumed within 10 minutes of its preparation. He rang the JMC office which rushed to the spot and warned the employees for selling stale junk food. Meanwhile, Dr. Saleem of JMC when contacted said that JMC team visited the fast-food outlet and issued a warning to the McDonald in this connection. |
