Jammu, Nov 14: Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) organized "World Diabetes Day" at Durga Bhawan Janipur Jammu, to draw attention of the masses living with diabetes disease including Hypertension and their treatment.
The program was inaugurated by Dr. Tara Singh Charak. Former Deputy Director , Health Department of J&K Government after lighting the traditional Lamp . VK Magotra, former Regional Director of Directorate of Field Publicity ,Ministry of Information and Broadcasting ,Government of India ,Dr. Anju Dogra ,Health department of J&K Government and Vinod Dogra ,Chief Service Engineer, Exide Ltd. RP Amla, Vijay Malla . Producer Director IPTA were the guests of honor. The day commemorated as "World Diabetes Day " as well with sole aim of rejuvenating the traditional , primitive Folk, Art, Culture of J&K Region in particular and Indian nation in General Awareness items Specially prepared on the theme of Diabetes and Hypertension Dance Drama "Madhunashni"was presented. |
