Vikram opens election office at Panjtirthi 11/14/2014 10:15:44 PM Early Times Report jammu, Nov 14: Along with hundreds of workers, Congress candidate from Jammu East Assembly constituency Vikram Malhotra today opened election office at Panjthirthi near Billo Mandir in Ward No. 1. Speaking on the occasion, Vikram Malhotra said that his priority is to develop his constituency as model constituency. He said that in the past elected representatives of this constituency has done nothing for developing this area. Vikram said he has already done lot of developmental works in this constituency. He is working actively in Jammu East constituency for the last four years and spent crores for the entire development of all wards on Jammu East constituency.
