Kishtwar, Nov 14 : Ahead of first phase of polling on 25th of November in 15 Assembly segments including six seats of Chenab valley, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to commence his two day tour with a rally at Kishtwar on November 22.
Modi will be the 4th Prime Minister to address a public rally at Chowghan ground Kishtwar. Earlier Prime Minister Indra Gandhi, Rajeev Gandhi and Dr, Manmahon Singh (twice) addressed public rallies at the same venue.Inder Kumar Gujral has also visited Kishtwar, but did not address anypublic rally.
While divulging the details to "Early Times" All India General Secretary BJP (Sangathan) Ram Lal said that Prime Minister Narindra Modi will arrive in Jammu and Kashmir for election campaigning on 22of this month and will address a public rally at historic Chowghan ground Kishtwar. He said that party leadership has started its preparation for Prime Minister’s Visit and his public rally at Kishtwar.
He said that all party workers and state leadership has been informedabout the tour plan of Prime Minister Narindra Modi and has been asked to gear up for massive public show.
"Everyone including children, youths, old, poor, rich, middle class, women wants to listen to this charismatic leader (Modi)-so party wants to ensure that people who wants to listen Modi will reach the public venue at Kishtwar hassle free" said Ram Lal.
He said that with the confirmation of Prime Minister's rally at Kishtwar, the party workers of all six constituencies of Chenab valley are enthusiastic and their morale has gone high.
He said that Modi address in a rally at Kishtwar will sail across the breeze of change in entire region and will demolish the Congress, NC and PDP in the state.
He urged upon the people of entire region to ensure their presence in public rally; irrespective of caste, color or creed and support the slogan of change. He said that the local administration as well as state government has been informed about the visit of Prime Minister and his public rally at Kishtwar. It is pertinent to mention that the campaigning for first phase of election will come to an end at 5 PM on 23rd of November 2014, while the voting will be held on 25th of November 2014.
