Cong to create history in 2014 J&K Polls: Wani 11/20/2014 11:26:14 PM Early Times Report doda, Nov 20: Addressing an impressive public rally at village Mangota in Doda constituency, R&B Minister Abdul Majid Wani today said that Congress is going to create history in 2014 J&K assembly elections and shall form government on its own. Meantime Doda District BJYM chief Joginder Singh and others exuding faith in Congress leadership joined party today during minister's election rallies He said most of the assembly segments in first phase of electioneering are showing winning and positive trends in favour of Congress candidates. "The people of state have realized that Congress is the only political party in J&K state which always propagate and promote pro development and pro people policies, R&B Minister said and added, " They had witnessed a revolution within the state with respect to infrastructural development, fine governance and inculcation of working culture." While addressing a number of public rallies in Moothi, Upper Moothi, Prabal and Lambarhh areas of Doda constituency, R&B Minister said that he has strived hard to develop and groom Doda constituency. "People of Doda constituency are witness to opening of medical college, trauma hospital, new district hospital building, sports stadium, creation of new tehsils/ niabats/ blocks & patwar halqas, new degree colleges, during last one decade, he said further highlighting party achievements, "with commissioning of a number of major water supply schemes, people getting safe & hygienic drinking water, new ration stores have been opened up even in far flung areas Congress had showed that it is only the party that can ensure public welfare and development. "The whole constituency, today, is connected through a network of roads and bridges, he said. Earlier Doda district BJYM chief Joginder Singh and other two youth leaders of BJP unit in Doda Anjeel Singh and Kuldeep Singh along with their supporters and some National Conference workers also joined Congress at Goha in presence of Abdul Majid Wani. Welcoming them in the party fold, Majid Wani said that their entry into Congress is going to strengthen party and to win Doda assembly constituency with a record margin and all candidates of other parties shall forfeit their deposits. All these political parties are either run as family enterprises or as some religious joint. Among those who also addressed these public rallies in block Marmat of Doda constituency, were block president Kartar Singh Chowhan Sarpanch, Sarpanch Lehar Singh, Sarpanch Rajkumar, Hakim Singh, Aashiq Sarpanch, Sarpanch Mohd Yusuf, Ab.
