Class X student hurt in leopard attack 11/23/2014 12:01:24 AM Early Times Report Rajouri, Nov 22: A Class X student of a private school was injured in leopard attack at Rajouri while he passing through a forest on his way to school in wee hours of morning on Saturday. The injured was hospitalized for his injuries and is stated to be stable. "Identified namely as Mohd Shafiq s/o Nazir Hussain r/o Khablan -Thanamanid of Rajouri, a 10th class student of a private institution was on way to school when the leopard attacked him, police said. Police sources said, "The incident occurred today at about 7.30 am when Leopard pounced however hearing cries of students the villagers rushed to the spot however leopard disappeared into nearby forest.
