Painters camp organized at Sunderbani

Jammu, Nov 26 : A three days All India Painters' Camp has been organized at Sunderbani by Jammu & Kashmir Centre for Creative Arts (JKCCA), Jammu in collaboration with Harsh Niketan Hr. Secondary School, Sunderbani.
The camp was inaugurated by S. Surjeet Singh, DIG BSF, Sunderbani.
Hitesh Gupta SDM, Sunderbani was the Guest of Honor on this occasion. M.R Sharma, Managing Director of the School welcomed the artists and guests and said that this was rare event of national level in the twin border-Districts of Rajouri and Poonch where veteran artists of the country are participating in an artist camp.
They will exhibit their talent and this will inculcate the aesthetic sense of art of colors among the young generation. O.P. Sharma, Director, J&K Center for Creative Arts, Jammu gave brief account of the activities undertaken for the development of art, culture & literature in the state and outside. K.K. Khaki, Advisor of Harsh Niketan presented the vote of thanks. The camp will conclude on 28thNovember, 2014.
