Koul reviews progress of Cooperative Department 11/26/2014 11:40:58 PM Early Times Report jammu, Nov 26: Secretary Cooperatives, R.K.Koul today reviewed the progress achieved by the department under RFD in a meeting, he chaired, here. It was informed that the performance of the Cooperative department under RFD 2013-14 has been satisfactory and set targets have been achieved. Koul stressed on further enhancing the performance under RFD during 2014-15 also adding that all functionaries of the department should make concerted efforts towards achieving cent percent targets. He also directed for holding awareness camps at village and Block levels for effective implementation of the development programmes and schemes of the department.
