Jammu, Feb 22 : Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM) has appealed PMO, MHRD and Governor of state to take note of the shifting of GDC Paloura to city, instead of shifting to Aasruan, Mishriwala. According to press release, in a letter to PMO, MHRD and Governor of J&K, Partap Singh Jamwal, State Secretary BJYM stated that GDC Palora was started in 2008 after one year of its sanction and started running in Govt Higher Secondary School Palora after that was shifted in GCET Building Canal road where it is presently running. He said that the same college was about to shift to the village Mishrivala as it was sanctioned for the village and not for the city. He further said that a site at village Asruan, lower Bhalwal was also identified for the shifting of the same and the inaugration of the college by Omar Abdullah at Asruan was also fixed in 2013 but due to some security reason, the CM did not feel it safe to reach Asruan.
