RSBPS felicitates national awardees in Dogri, Hindi 2/22/2015 11:19:19 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 22 :Jammu and Kashmir Rastrabhasa Prachar Samiti (RSBPS) today held a function here at KL. Saigal Hall, Culture Academy, Jammu wherein Shalinder Singh SSP, Shashi Padha and K. K Shakir were felicitated. Prof Ved Ghai , Padamshree and Veena Gupta presided over the function while Prof Sat Pal Shreevats Chairman and Neeru Shama President RSBP also share presidium. Sunita Bhadwal and Amita Mehta presented brief and concise papers on the awardees. Neeru Sharma, President RSBP while welcoming the guest said that while honoring the awardees the RSBP is also feeling honor on this occasion.
