Jammu, Feb 26: J&K Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) organized a Seminar on in 'Case laws on Survey, Search & Seizure & Taxation & Formation of NPO's' here on Thursday. CA Rajat Mengi was the guest faculty for the first Technical Session deliberated lecture on the various Case laws on Survey, Search & Seizure under Income Tax Act. The second technical Session, the topic of formation & taxation of Non Profit Organisations was dealt at length, by guest faculty from Delhi, CA. earlier Anil Aggarwal. CA Vikram Garg, Chairman J&K Branch in his inaugural address gave brief account of the topics of the seminar. Meanwhile CA Shalay Razdan , Secretary J&K Branch of ICAI , conducted the proceedings and CA Anil Sharma (Treasurer), presented the vote of thanks. CA Dalip Kaul (Ex-Chairman & Member), CA Deepak Kapahi (Member), alongwith large number of Chartered Accountants participated in the seminar. |
