PCC chief greets people on Holi 3/4/2015 11:15:49 PM Jammu, Mar 4: President Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee \Ghulam Ahmed Mir has extended greetings to the people of the state on the eve of Holi festival. Mir said that Holi, the festival of colours conveys the triumph of truth and righteousness over wrong. It also symbolizes the sense of brotherhood, harmony and joy to all people.
