Aerobics camp held at GRP Jammu 6/27/2015 11:10:04 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 27 : With a view to reduce the stress and maintain fitness among the jawans, GRP Jammu under the guidelines of Suram Singh, SP Railways Jammu today organized aerobics camp at GRP Lines Jammu. On the commencement of the said aerobic session the jawans were provided necessary guidance for carrying out exercises on routine basis by experts. They were educated regarding the merits of the said exercises and the need of the same in routine life in view of the present stressful life. The experts impressed upon the jawans to make it a regular practice in their routine life and indulge the family members and neighbors also into such practice.
