Choudhary appreciated for demanding IIT, IIM for Pir-Panjal 6/29/2015 10:36:04 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 29: GBSWA (Gujjar Bakarwal Students Welfare Association) today held a press conference here in JU campus and hailed the words of Ch. Zulfkar Ali, CAPD for opening of IIT, IIM and RUSA College in Pir Panjal region. GBSWA State President, Zulqar Kassana, while addressing media persons said that the Pir Panjal region was totally neglected by successive governments for so many years in all the fields. He said the CAPD minister Ch. Zulfkar Ali is the leader of the Pir Panjal region and he is well aware of the problems being faced by the people there. "We appreciate the CAPD minister for demanding IIT, IIM and RUSA for Pir Panjal region", said Kassana.
