| Students take out protest rally in JU | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 22 : Students of DDE under Distance Students Union (DSU) union affiliated to All India Students Federation today took out protest rally in Jammu University in support of their various demands. Rally starts from the premises of DDE building and after passing through various Deptts finally culminated at Fountain Park in front of VC Chamber.
While addressing the protesting students President of the Union Comrade Mukesh Parihar (who is also State President of AISF) said that many demands have been accepted by the University Authorities but still the genuine question is in air that who is responsible and why UGC stopped Political Science and Economics in DDE-JU and why students will bear the brunt of JU.
Earlier commited various other members including Sanjay Kotwal, Rajeshwar Singh, Fairoz and Manish Chaindal also addressed the protesters.
Hundreds of students participated in the rally. |
