Jammu, Sept 29 : Chamber of Traders Federation in a meeting held today demanded extension for filing the Income Tax Returns, Annual and revised VAT returns as the repercussion of recent Internet ban has adversely affected the business activities of Trading community in J&K State.
The members present in the meeting highlighted the hindrance and hardships being faced by them owning to long power curtailment schedule of PDD upto 10th October and also because of complete snapping of the Internet Services in the State for almost three days over the beef-ban row adding that they have suffered tremendous amount of loss which hampered the smooth work of trading community. All the members of the CTF unanimously urged upon the Centre as well as the State Govt to extend the date of filing of Income Tax Returns, Annual and revised VAT returns upto 31st Oct. 2015 |
