4 absconders held 10/4/2015 11:40:58 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 4: Bishnah police have apprehended four absconders who were said to be evading arrest since long. Police sources identified them as Bihari Lal, Om Parkash, both sons of Kaka Ram, Vibhishan Kumar, son of Bihari Lal and Gharo Devi, wife of Om Parkash, all residents of Chak Mian Sahib Singh, Bishnah.
