73 posts of lecturers vacant in Ramban

Banihal, Apr 21: Acute Shortage of lecturers in different higher secondary schools of district Ramban has make the future of thousands of students in to darkness.
As per the details there are 163 posts of lecturers in 13 different higher secondary schools in district Ramban and only 90 lecturers are posted in these Higher Secondary Schools and the rest of 73 posts of lecturers area still vacant in these higher secondary schools. The recently transfer of the lecturers make more difficulty to the students of the district as the many lectures are still not joining there new place of posting in the district. Sources from the Education Department said that in model government higher secondary school Boys Banihal there are vacant post of the subjects including botany, environmental science, statics, Mathematics, English and history in higher secondary school girls Banihal which is the lone girls higher secondary school in the district have vacant posts of Physics, chemistry, botany, zoology, information practice, Urdu, economics. This girls higher secondary school has upgraded in the year of 2007 and from then this school have facing the shortage of lecturers. In another model higher secondary school Ramban has also facing the shortage of lecturers including Botany, zoology, history and mathematics. Besides other higher secondary schools of district Ramban has also facing the shortage of lecturers and the students of this hilly district are facing problems due to shortage of lecturers. Higher secondary school Rajgarh has also facing the shortage of lecturers of seven different subjects. In Gool, Batote, Shangaldan, Tetharkah, Mahomangit has also facing the shortage of lecturers. The students of these different higher secondary schools said that the academic session is going on and the non availability of lecturers in these schools makes their future in dark. They said that they can even not take the tuitions from the government lecturers as the government has already issued ban on the private tuitions on the lecturers. The students of this hilly district are in deep trouble due to non availability of teaching staff of the concerned subjects. They more said that there future is going towards darkness as the government and the concerned department is not taking steps to fill up these vacant posts of lecturers in the district. Sources within in the education department in the district are claimed that the 73 posts of lecturers are lying vacant in 13 different higher secondary schools in the district on available 163 posts of lecturers and only 90 lecturers are posted in these schools.
