DPYF demands release of selection list under PMEP

Jammu, Sept 18: Displaced Pandit Youth Forum (DPYF) today demanded release of selection list of selected candidates under Prime Ministers Employment Package for Kashmiri Migrants.
According to press release protest demonstration was held under the banner of PDPYF demanding immediate release of selection lists of Advertisement Notification No:-01 of 2012 under Prime Ministers Employment Package for Kashmiri Migrants.
They made an appeal to Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Nirmal Singh and Chairperson of Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board to release the selection lists of Teacher, Social Worker, Lab, Assistant, Lab Technician, Junior Librarian, Data Entry Operator, EDP Supervisor and Receptionist.
More than 3000 candidates have qualified written tests, given interviews and follow all rules and procedures of Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board from time to time, but their selection lists are pending from last four years which is injustice as delay in Prime Ministers Employment Package has already spoiled career of Kashmiri Pandit Youth.
The youth said the stay on Prime Ministers Employment Package has vacated due to efforts of present Government of BJP and PDP and they now requesting Government to release their selection list as soon as possible.
The youth have crossed the frustration level as most of candidates have already crossed age limit they alleged that Employment Package was already delayed by so called self styled leaders who have nothing at stake. They alleged that Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board has adopting delay tactics in implementation of Prime Ministers Employment Package which is cause of concern.
The youth said that prime ministers Employment Package has given under SRO 412 of dated 30th December 2009.As per SRO 412 the appointee will serve in the valley against the post on which he is appointed and where he will be posted.
