Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 12: Former Chief Minister and founder of the Democratic Azad Party (DAP) Ghulam Nabi Azad in every public meeting is highlighting the achievements of his government. Azad, who has accelerated developmental activities during his tenure as Chief Minister of the erstwhile state of J&K, trying to remind the public about the double-shift concept introduced by him to complete the languishing developmental projects in different parts of J&K. It was only during the tenure of Ghulam Nabi Azad that many languishing developmental projects were completed and many new projects were started. Highly placed sources said apart from accelerating developmental activities in the erstwhile state of J&K, Azad had also collected some evidence of corruption by his ministers who were part of the then Congress-PDP coalition regime headed by him. Early Times Report Srinagar, Nov 12: Two non-local labourers were shot at and injured after terrorists fired upon them in Rakh Momin area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Saturday evening, officials said. They said that the injured labourers were identified as Govind prasad and Chota prasad both residents of Gorakhpur. Early Times Report Srinagar, Nov 12: Even as weather remains dry, the minimum temperature continues to drop across the union territories of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh. The Meteorological (MeT) department on Saturday said Drass in Ladakh was the coldest with a minimum temperature recorded at minus 10.7 degrees Celsius. The night temperature in Leh was minus 8.3 and Kargil minus 6.2 degrees Celsius. Kashmir's two tourist resorts of Gulmarg in Baramulla district and Pahalgam in Anantnag district continued to freeze.
