SRINAGAR, July 15 : A documentary film along with short duration video messages prepared by Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board, to educate the Yatris about registration procedure, Health Advisory and Do’s and Don’ts to be followed by the Yatris is being telecast by Doordarshan through its regional and National channels. Shri Navin K. Choudhary, Chief Executive Officer of the Shrine Board, informed that besides this documentary, the Board had also prepared video spots and audio spots for dissemination of Yatra related information. The video spots are being telecast through DD News, DD1, DD National and DD Bharti, while audio spots are being broadcast through FM (Rainbow) seven times a day; through FM Gold six times a day, through Rajdhani four times a day, and through Delhi-D two times a day. Bhaderwah : Bhaderwah town Monday observed a strike against the death of a kidnapped minor girl whose decomposed body was found yesterday at Nalthi village after ten days of her kidnapping. Jammu : Seven Jammu and Kashmir health officials were suspended today after they were found absent from duty during a surprise visit by the Health Minister here. While four officers were found absent at the Directorate of Health Services office, three were found missing from at Deputy Directorate Office of Indian System of Medicines. Bhaderwah : After protest and demonstration against the failure of the police in arresting the kidnapper of a girl from Nalthi village of Bhaderwah who killed her after committing rape, police constituted three special teams to trace out the accused Thirath Singh. On Monday 40-year-old Thirath was arrested when he was escaping to Doda from link road near Government Higher Secondary School Bhaderwah with the help of a local youth namely Rishi Kotwal. Srinagar : Jammu and Kashmir police Monday said it will send a team to Mumbai to investigate the death of a Kashmiri youth that has led to widespread protests in Kashmir.
